About Us

Journey to Freedom

Our journey at LibertyLancer began in 2019, fueled by a vision to showcase the endless opportunities of freelancing, digital nomadism, and the autonomy of running an online business. It’s about more than just work; it’s about a lifestyle of freedom and choice.

LibertyLancer’s founders, Malwina and Lance, are not just the brains behind LibertyLancer but also seasoned freelancers and expats. Their journey took them across multiple European countries, where they lived, studied, and worked with various companies, from startups to established corporations.

Who Are We?

We’re a Fully Remote Team

At LibertyLancer, we’re not just advocates of remote work; we live and breathe it. Our team, spread across the globe, embodies the very essence of freelancing and digital nomadism.

We’ve been walking this path for years, gathering insights, experiences, and a deep understanding of what it takes to thrive while freelancing abroad and building an online business.

Our core team consists of:

Malwina P.

Malwina is an enthusiastic expat and the co-founder of LibertyLancer where she brings her expertise in corporate law to the table. She has studied law at multiple European universities and practiced in a renowned international law firm.

During her career, she specialized in European law, with a keen focus on employment and immigration matters. At LibertyLancer, Malwina leverages her background to guide freelancers and business owners through the often complex legal landscapes in today’s globalized world, where cross-border work and mobility are commonplace.

Lance B.

Lance is the co-founder of LibertyLancer and a freelance digital marketer of over 7 years, specializing in SEO, content marketing, and reviewing tech products (with a focus on software).

Over the years he has worked with a number of companies around the world to elevate their organic inbound traffic, build quality content, and overall online presence.

At LibertyLancer, his work involves building and maintaining the site itself, as well as being primarily in charge of content strategy.
